The rental period will take effect the moment the client takes the equipment into their care in the shop.
The rental period will end the moment the equipment is returned to the shop.

However, equipment returned before 10 o’clock will not be charged for; after 10 o’clock, it will be charged relative to the time of return.

On receipt of the equipment, the client will assume sole responsibility and will promise to use it at all times with "Due care and attention".

Article 2 – Cost of rental

The cost of rental is determined by the quality of equipment chosen by the client and by the duration of the rental period.
The rates are displayed throughout the shop.

Article 3 – Insurance

An optional insurance is offered to the client.
The amount of the insurance is relative to the equipment chosen (details available in the shop). The insurance will cover 100% of the cost in the case of breakage. In the case of loss or theft an excess will be charged (details available in the shop).

Without insurance, in the event of breakage, loss or theft the client will be charged in full.
The client will be charged the cost of replacement, taken from the current season’s catalogue.

Article 4 – Usage

The client will certify that he is fit and able to use the equipment, and it is for sole use.
The client will promise to use the equipment with care and without danger to others, adhering to appropriate regulations in force.
The client will promise to return the equipment clean and in the same conditions in which he accepted it.
Should this not be the case, the client will be charged the cost of repair.

Article 5 – Bookings

We will accept bookings by all methods at the convenience of the client, without asking for any deposit.

Should the equipment not be collected on the pre-arranged date, it will be held for a maximum of 24 hours.

Article 6 – Jurisdictions

In the case of dispute, the court in effect will be Bonneville – Haute Savoie – France.
